Raintree At Phoenix South Mountain Preserve Hotel, Phoenix

I had the pleasure of staying at WorldMark Phoenix, and I must say it's a lovely getaway! The property is beautifully maintained with a fantastic array of amenities, and the spacious units made my stay very comfortable. However, during my visit, I faced some issues with maintenance, and the service could have been more attentive at times.

The resort has a prime location close to many amenities, but I felt a bit uneasy due to the surrounding area. The unit we stayed in was clean and functional, although it showed signs of needing an update. The check-in process was disappointing, and the service could definitely improve, particularly regarding communication. Overall, while there were some positives, I expected more from a resort.

I was excited to explore the South Mountain Preserve, and the location didn't disappoint! There are fantastic hiking trails nearby that we enjoyed thoroughly. Unfortunately, our unit left a lot to be desired, especially with the stained carpets and feeling a bit neglected for RCI guests. While the beds were comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep, the overall experience was marred by subpar unit conditions and a lackluster service interaction.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the resort, with beautiful surroundings and spacious units that made my stay enjoyable. The staff was fantastic, always ready to help and ensuring I was comfortable. However, I did encounter some issues with cleanliness in my unit and a persistent sales push that became annoying. While these detracted from my overall impression, the positives far outweighed the negatives.
